I finished my AS degree in Mathematics in 2010 from Hartnell College. While I was in Hartnell College, I was involved in many activities; at Hartnell College I organized a team that raised money for Dorothy’s Kitchen, a shelter for the homeless. We have sold homemade foods to the campus community and gave the money to Dorothy’s Kitchen. Also I was member of the Physics Club at Hartnell College and participated in several campus activities involving science. I was member of the political science club at Hartnell College and participated in campaign and club election. I also worked with people who are hard of hearing and participated in their monthly meetings to build a stronger community for them in the Monterey County. I did Summer internship in 2010 at Hartnell College doing research in Droplet Generation, a topic in physics; I received an honor and Member of Phi Theta Kappa national organization; President’s list for best academic performance at Hartnell College; STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) scholarship at Hartnell College; and awarded “Women Support Women scholarship” at Hartnell College. Now I am involved teaching and managing my own tutorial center in Salinas,CA, where all the students are going to home school. I have been doing this since Fall 2013. I help the students almost all the subjects, including math. I mostly teach middle school and high school mathematics. I also hired two assistant teacher to help the students for other subjects. I am Planning to finish my undergraduate degree by May 2015. After finishing my undergraduate, i am planning to apply master degree to pursue my education in business administration (MBA).
