As the Data Foundations and Advanced Analytics Manager at LinkedIn, I am excited to be leading a team in the development of advanced analytics use cases and the creation of next iterations of data foundations to drive business value and efficiency in sales operations for our go-to-market and acquisition teams. In this role, my team and I will focus on delivering architecture and implementation for new data foundations, platform evaluation, forecasting support, deep dive analysis, and more, with the goal of making a meaningful impact on the success of the organization and our customers.
With a combined 10 years of experience in the data analytics and artificial intelligence space spanning large tech, manufacturing, financial landing, and construction, I have developed a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise leveraging data science to solve various business problems no matter the domain. I have a track record of driving results using data-driven insights. In addition to my technical skills, I have experience in product management and working across teams/departments to drive long term initiatives.
From my prior roles in manager and individual contributor tracks, I have led teams in developing, deploying, and maintain tools which provide direct impact to the organization from identification of emerging product safety and quality issues, evaluated and improved credit risk models, adhering to regulatory requirements, finding insights in text (social media and customer feedback), improving product utilization, and more. As an individual contributor and hands-on manager, I’ve leveraged various classification and regression algorithms to break down problems and create predictive models and aid scenario analysis. I’ve had the opportunity to dive deep into the NLP space and apply various techniques to improve efficiency and access to insights while handing the end-to-end discovery to implementation and supporting the daily ML pipeline.
I’m a lifelong learner and thrive in an environment with opportunities to apply my knowledge and experience as well as learn and grow from those around me. I am passionate about using my unique abilities to give back to the community, creating opportunities for others, and hopefully one day create something helpful and positive and deploy it to the world.
