Currently I lead the Databricks Northern EMEA Professional Services team, scaling it to 45+ to allow us to meet unprecedented customer demand for advisory, hands-on and enablement services to our customers and partners. Whilst the team has grown physically in number, we have also grown in efficiency, focus and leverage of expert Partner services, meaning every quarter shows YoY growth of 48-150% in the Services we sell, and an average QoQ growth rate of 19% in the Services we deliver.
Identifying top talent to build my teams and support Databricks’ success is core to my role.
