I am currently a senior staff software engineer in machine learning for LinkedIn’s Jobs and Premium businesses. I’m part of the foundations organization that builds infra and new methodologies that drive the business. I lead projects across the org to solve problems ranging from deep learning models that power LinkedIn’s job search and recommendations, to architecting ML infra and applications, to designing experiments and causal studies. My current work involves building online multi-task and reinforcement learning models, and driving bayesian methods for experimentation across the org.
