Leadership, Resilience, Reinvention
Since my youth, I have conscientiously followed others’ expectations, believing in success through hard work and conformity.
Evolving in demanding environments, my studies in engineering and mathematics opened the doors to a coveted job. Yet, despite outward success, I felt trapped, not living my true essence.
Two life-changing events, a burnout followed by a bereavement, shifted my perspective. They became the catalyst for reconnecting with my deep aspirations, elevating my consciousness, and accepting stress and discomfort.
Observing the distress among professionals around me, I rejected a life that didn’t suit me. Convinced that success could be both personal and professional, I embarked on a conscious change.
Leaving my thriving career seemed senseless, but I adopted the strategy of small steps. As a student of psychology, trained in mindfulness and conscious leadership, I created the ‘Mindful Academy,’ placing human consciousness at the core.
Burnout initiated my personal transformation, and the loss of a loved one pushed me out of my comfort zone. By day, I was a strategy consultant; by night, I was a psychology student; on weekends, I was a mindfulness teacher—I juggled multiple roles.
Restructuring my life, I invested personally and financially, ensuring my financial security and choosing my path. Integrating my professional strategy into my personal life, I became a business and life strategist.
The essence of my business is to place the human being at the heart of personal and professional transformation. Beyond the Mindful Academy, with MindImpact, I am a Strategic Impact Consultant & Leadership Coach, combining strategy, structure, and psychology for sustainable personal and professional growth. I also organize retreats in Morocco.
I aim to reshape systems by and for humans. Doing this as a mother of daughters is a mission close to my heart. Learning compassion, courage, and resilience, I found a path where balancing motherhood and work is enjoyable. My journey, from the model daughter to a fulfilled woman, symbolizes the transition from dependence to interdependence.
I continue to write my story through conscious choices, guiding leaders and companies toward success through and with respect for human capital.
