Dana Mordechai Ganzer

With 20 years of experience in R&D management, I’ve had the privilege of leading development
teams in both the data and software fields. My professional journey began with training in the
IDF’s technological Unit 81, where I honed my expertise in data, cyber, and complex operational
systems. I had the opportunity to lead operational projects in collaboration with Unit 8200 and
other intelligence organizations, contributing to the Israel Security Award in 2006.
Subsequently, I transitioned to the AdTech industry, managing development teams for the
inception of a startup, SweetIM, which was later acquired by Perion Networks Ltd. Later on, I
joined the innovative field of AI with Neura, which was subsequently acquired by Otonomo in
2021. In my role as the R&D unit manager, I took charge of intricate projects and product
development while also focusing on team construction, support, and training in mobile, big data,
SAAS, analytics, and AI.
In response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, I worked on projects that
leveraged data and behavioral patterns to support populations and various organizations in Israel
and the USA, including hospitals, municipalities, universities, and government offices. My
educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science from
Tel Aviv University, and a decade ago, I completed my MBA studies with a specialization in
entrepreneurship, technology, and innovation at Tel Aviv University.
