– 14+ years of IT experience with expertise in Data Governance & additionally in Data Quality, Data Analysis, Master Data Management & Business Analysis.
– Extensive work experience on data governance using tools like Collibra, Informatica Axon & EDC and Data Quality using Informatica Data Quality.
– Have been a part of tool evaluations for various Data Governance initiatives.
– In-depth knowledge of other data governance tools like Alation & Erwin.
– Have lead DG initiatives involving implementation of Metadata management, Data lineage and impact, integrating business glossaries to technical metadata and data cataloging.
– Expertise in metadata harvesting, profiling, data domain discovery and designing complex metadata model.
– Experience in leading teams through assessments, POCs, sizing and have worked in the lead role on critical Data Governance engagements.
– Conducted numerous knowledge sharing sessions and demos for team members.
– Experience in working with Collibra DGC, Collibra application admin activities and developing BPMN 2.0 Workflows using Collibra API v1.0.
– Experience on multiple domains spanning across Banking, Insurance, Publishing, Pharmaceutical, Capital Markets & Regulatory industry.
– Been a core participant in JAD sessions and product demo sessions for stakeholders and business users.
– Adept in creating HLD/LLD documents as a part of the release structure.
– Managed lineage reports to support compliance and regulatory needs.
– Installation and configuration of Collibra DGC including creation of Community and Domain structure.
– Expertise in Design and Normalization of databases and in-depth knowledge in Data Warehousing concepts.
– Experience in educating internal customers on business systems and procedures, and working with other analysts and QA team to set priorities and schedules.
– Experience in working closely with Stakeholders, Business users, SME’s, Developers and Quality Assurance Teams.
– Skilled in gathering requirements from business, translating business requirements, proposing solutions, designing and leading the delivery.
– Translate Business Requirements to Developers and Testing teams.
– Experience in Building Test Scripts and worked with Testing teams to track Defects and assign to respective developers.
