I am a Partner at McKinsey, working within QuantumBlack, the Centre of Excellence for Artificial Intelligence (AI). I focus on helping organisations scale their AI ambitions. I also lead Diversity and Inclusion within QuantumBlack and am humbled to be recognized in the DataIQ 100 – a list of the top 100 influential people in data.
I am a results-driven and pragmatic CxO level thought-partner with over 20 years of experience leading and delivering complex technology solutions, projects, and products. I have been fortunate and privileged to have led multiple engineering teams to serve clients across many domains, including Editorial, Energy (Oil and Gas), Government, Pharma, Healthcare and Life-sciences, Finance, and Retail.
My combination of a people-first and engineering background has allowed me to have a hands-on approach to leading organizations to digital change. In the last few years, I have focused on helping my clients run Artificial Intelligence (AI) in production, moving away from experiments to impactful implementations that run reliably 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
I enjoy mentoring and coaching others, including building future leaders. I have been active with organizations that support young people and the vulnerable to get an education and find a home and a job in tech to help them flourish. I love talking about AI, Data Science, and Engineering and do so frequently at conferences globally.
