As a Partner at Hanover, I lead the recruitment of analytical, risk and data science talent for the (re)insurance industry. With two decades of experience in hard-to-fill searches, I have a deep understanding of market dynamics, emerging trends, and the key challenges facing the sector.
I have successfully delivered search projects across multiple geographies, including London, Bermuda, and major hubs in Continental Europe, for a diverse range of clients, from consumer and commercial insurance to insurance linked securities, private equity, captives, and broking.
I have spent the last 5 years upskilling myself in data science and analytics, including R and Python. I have completed several online courses and have used that knowledge to conduct people analytics research, much of which is shared with our client base. I also write LinkedIn features and speak at conferences to share my knowledge and perspectives on the impact of technology and AI on jobs, education, skills and earnings. I have also presented in-person at two actuarial conferences.
