As a Field Service Engineer at Agilent Technologies (ASP) since 2011, I am responsible for providing on-site installations, operational training, maintenance, qualifications, and repairs of Agilent Equipment (Spectroscopy & Chromatography) and multi-vendor system solutions in all over Brazil. I have extensive experience in working in regulated FDA/EMEA/ANVISA environments, and I adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. I use my data analysis and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, and I ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering timely and effective solutions. I also collaborate with other engineers, sales representatives, and managers to share best practices, feedback, and insights, and to identify new opportunities and challenges.
