At work, I am drawn to complex problems and human interactions – taking particular joy in product discoveries. I also advocate for data-driven decisions and for creating a safe and nourishing space for the members of my team and my organization.
One of my favorite TED talks is “The danger of a single story” by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie – it inspires never to be content with the face value and dedicate everyone the effort they deserve to understand them truly.
