My motivation and passion for solving complex data analysis problems is driven by the data itself and their hidden treasures which are waiting to be discovered. I enjoy exploring, applying and guiding sophisticated statistical analysis and modelling algorithms (e.g. machine learning) in order to tackle critical business questions.
I am experienced in working within large international organisations and teaming up with colleagues from all over the world. In this environment, I have been leading and organising various teams and projects focusing on data engineering, business analytics, statistics, machine learning in order to advocate data-driven decision making.
