I am currently concentrating on adapting image processing models and utilizing them to extract valuable features that can significantly contribute to the success of clinical trials.
At Biomx, my focus is analyzing biological-related sequence data using machine/deep learning and other statistical tools and developing and adapting bioinformatics tools for extensive metagenomics analysis.
We used the research and tools to reduce the biological research efforts done in our labs and for our collaborators.
In my previous position, the main focus was encrypted network analysis for big data solutions. I was using cutting-edge technology to cope with the challenge of finding the needle in the haystack and turning the so-called encrypted information into actionable intelligence. I use handmade algorithms, statistical methods, and machine-learning tools to turn problems into opportunities.
