WHAT MOTIVATES ME:
My curiosity, problem solving skills, enthousiasm and perseverance drive the search for answers and solutions. I like to contribute to improvement and growth by finding hidden insights and patterns, diving deeper than surface results and assumptions. Both in data analysis and in coaching, usually one answer is not enough. That means trying different approaches, the creativity and courage to open several doors, to find the answers you are looking for or to get to where you want to be. I’m someone who is interested in both the analytical as well as the human side of things and can combine strong analytical skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
WHAT I HAVE TO OFFER:
I can easily switch between leadership styles, but coaching is my preferred one. I believe in individual responsibility and selfmanagement, and I want to lead from trust, openness, positivity and a genuine interest in people and what motivates them. I can be characterised as a creative and quick thinker, someone who is good at connecting ideas, people and different areas of expertise. And who knows how to inspire and engage others. Because of my work experience as Data Analyst / Data Scientist and fascination with data, leading a data team is what I love to do.
