Erika is the Managing Director and Chief AI & Data Officer at the Center for AI Research. She also holds an Aboitiz Chair in Data Science at the Asian Institute of Management. Erika sits as an Independent Director on the Board of RCBC ($RCB:Philippines). She’s also a Fellow at the Institute of Corporate Directors, championing corporate governance and board leadership. Dr. Legara is an independent digital transformation and DSAI strategy advisor to various organizations, public and private.
As a scientist with a PhD in Physics, Dr. Legara’s interest includes Complexity Science, Network Science, Artificial Intelligence, Urban Science, and Computational Social Science.
