Donald is an Executive Director in the Options Group Dubai and Hong Kong offices, with a focus on senior-level hiring for cross-asset investment roles, distribution/sales, trading and structuring, across the buy-side and sell-side. His client base is comprised of global and regional funds, banks and other leading financial institutions. Donald has a deep knowledge of the relevant regional and global talent pools and has extensive experience conducting complex searches in challenging markets.
Donald joined Options Group in 2022 having spent 11 years at a leading global boutique search firm, between Dubai and Hong Kong. Previously, he spent 4 years in London covering CEEMEA. Donald earned a degree in Business Management from Imperial College London.
