As a Lead Data Scientist and AI Architect, I have a rich blend of cross-industry experience and an unwavering passion for leveraging data, technology, and AI to solve complex problems.
Born in Italy and raised in Canada, my passion for mathematics and computer science has been a lifelong journey, leading me to pursue a degree in Mathematical Engineering and obtain my M.Sc. in 2017. In essence, I am a driven individual, adept at blending technical skills with business acumen. I regard data as a strategic asset and have consistently showcased the vision and leadership necessary to steer companies through their digital transformation journey.
I began my professional career at the global consulting firm BIP, where I joined xTech, its center of excellence dedicated to exponential technologies including data, cloud, and AI. Here, I gained hands-on experience in building data and AI solutions across different industries. As I transitioned into a more senior role, I took on the mantle of defining data strategies and roadmaps as well as architecting data and AI solutions.
Currently I hold the position of Head of Data & AI at BIP UK, leading a team of data analysts, data scientists, data architects, and BI experts. My role involves managing and mentoring this diverse team, ensuring the overall quality of our delivery, and spearheading business development initiatives.
