I joined IBM TJ Watson Research after receiving my Ph.D. in Operations Research. I consult for both internal divisions and external clients across a broad range of industries and applications. I am an IBM Master inventor with numerous issued patents. I have received multiple awards recognizing the benefits accrued from the application of my research to the business environment.
In 2014, I joined Compassionate Care Hospice, a privately held hospice organization with 2300 employees and 55 locations across 25 states. I oversaw all non-clinical aspects of the organization and introduced metrics, analytics, and data-driven decision-making across all areas of the organization. I improved processes, protocols, and operations and increased profitability and cash flow, leading to the company being successfully acquired in 2019.
