Chadd was a founding member of the technical staff at Pure Storage, where he played a pivotal role in shaping product strategy, forging go-to-market strategies, and building a sales force that revolutionized the storage industry. Over his eight-year tenure at Pure, Chadd was the Chief Flash Geek, VP & Chief Technology Officer, and VP of Product and Solutions for Pure Storage’s largest business unit, propelling the company from zero to over a billion dollars in revenue.
Before his time at Pure, Chadd spent eight years at EMC Corporation, where he held various leadership roles, including Field Chief Technical Officer, Principal Engineer, Sales Engineering Director, and Technical Project Manager.
