At the end of the day, my job involves people. We’re busy, we have a million things going on in our lives, and changing jobs is a HUGE decision. This is how I sum up my job. With 15 years’ experience in talent acquisition, I understand the ins and outs of business partners and build trust driven relationships to create robust recruitment strategies to attract the very best talent. I utilize my expertise to influence key internal stakeholders on decisions related to reducing recruitment costs and enhancing the candidate’s experience. I am committed to providing great candidate experiences reflective of the candidate’s identity. As a talent acquisition professional, I appreciate the employer brand and employee value proposition. But a memorable hiring experience is candidate-centric and specific.
Lastly, let’s face it, human beings are outnumbered by internet devices but there’s a real person behind this profile too! In my free time you can find me relaxing at the pool, planning my next adventure, watching football and/or spending time with my husband and our 14-year-old dog Bella Bleu. Adopt don’t shop! I love to travel and experience different cultures. During NFL football season, more than likely, I’m in my Woman Cave glued to the television.
