As a Senior Manager at Boeing, Hank leads a team that built and delivered an enterprise-wide platform for big data, intelligent analytics, and AI resulting in more than $50m per year in direct productivity savings and approximately $1B per year through enabled use cases throughout the entire company. This platform supports more than 4000 data analytics professionals and supports every company employee, supplier, and customer. As general manager, Hank was responsible for this effort from concept to MVP to scaling, building the team from scratch, making partner/supplier decisions, organizational change management, and the technical vision. Hank also led the adoption of cloud technologies and implemented one of the world’s first data mesh in a high compliance environment. More recently, Hank has taken on Enterprise Program Leadership for using Generative AI within the Boeing Company.
