I am excited to be at Sutter Health as Chief Data & Analytics Officer.
My mission is to make data and insights usable and impactful for all and to help companies develop and execute their AI and data vision and strategy. I have helped global clients in several industries (including healthcare and life sciences) achieve significant business outcomes by modernizing cloud technology, driving data governance and democracy, building data-literate communities, and promoting data and AI ethics. I have also worked on transforming the culture of decision-making from a reactive to a proactive one, leveraging leading indicators and machine learning capabilities to predict outcomes better and more accurately at scale.
I am passionate about inclusion and diversity, volunteering for education, and mentoring others towards their career growth. At Accenture, I was the NorCal Executive Sponsor for Inclusion and Diversity, helping build a vibrant community and culture. On a separate note, I co-chaired the Governing Board of the Minneapolis Chief Data Officers Community, where I organized and presented on various topics at CDO summits and served as a panelist on key Chief Data Officer issues.
I hold a Master of Science in Transportation Engineering from Vanderbilt University and several certifications in data science, leadership, and management from UC Berkeley, Coursera, Accenture, Google, Apple, and other prestigious institutions.
