• More than 13 years of testing experience in HealthCare, that includes Enrollments, Consumer portals, EDI txns, and Sales & Under writing tools; Facets and Qnxt Implementation and upgrades projects.
• Five years of experience in the BFS Domain which includes SWIFT, Credit card rewards processing and Treasury Modules (Money Markets; Forex etc.)
• Experience in driving large complex and Innovate projects for various clients.
• Experienced working as Project Test Manager, Test Lead & Test Coordinator on multiple projects for major clients.
• Defining testing strategies and customized testing approach, risk management, test estimation, test planning and scheduling, test design, test execution review and feedback, defect reporting, defect management, Test documentation, Test metrics identification and status tracking.
• Strong knowledge in Healthcare products (Facets and Qnxts) with hands on experience in various Modules like Membership, Claims, Providers etc.
• Experienced in performing various types of testing – Build Verification (Smoke), Functional, System Integration, Regression, UAT, Risk based testing, Web Testing & Product Testing.
• Experience in various test management tools – HP ALM, Mercury Quality Centre, Test Director, Rational tools – Clear Quest, Manual Tester, Req Pro, TFS Agile Tools – Rally/RTC Software tool for Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proactive, Flexible and Versatile and has the ability to adapt to new environment.
