He has over 15 years of experience in technology program management, leading the deployment of IT infrastructure, IT transformations, applications, and major projects for global firms. He holds an MBA degree with a focus on Project Management, and certifications in Project Management, Agile, Scrum, and Human-Centered Design.
Raul is passionate about enabling digital transformation and innovation, aligning technology capabilities with business needs, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders and partners. He oversees technology operations for the Assurance line of business, as well as operations for the US-India and RSM El Salvador offices. He leverages his process improvement, analytical, and budgetary skills to optimize performance, quality, and efficiency. He is also a Marine Veteran who proudly supports military veterans.
