Rohan is a seasoned engineering leader with a strong background in software engineering with a demonstrated history of building high performing software engineering teams that develop hyperscale solutions in both consumer and enterprise space across different geographic markets. He has worked for startups, mid-size as well as large firms, which has given him well-rounded exposure to challenges faced by organizations at different stages of their growth cycle. He leads by enabling and firmly believes that people are the most important assets of any successful business. He is a fellow of the British Computer Society.
