I do this by using a combination of proven frameworks, deep tech tools, predictive and prescriptive analytics to enable businesses to thrive. I have always enjoyed a challenge and have a passion for developing progressive and innovative outcomes.
I previously co-founded and sold Yonder Digital Group which owns Direct Response, Ansaback, Go Response, and Office Response. The group has since rebranded to Woven.
I also co-founded Director Response Plus, Cirrus, Alfred Recruitment and bought Synergy, formerly known as CallScripter. Companies within the group have been independently recognised as the fastest growing contact centre in the UK and winner of the Deloitte Fast 50 . This comes off the back of a number of other awards including Unisys Service Excellence Awards, Investors in People Gold.
Alongside the efforts that governments and finance should develop, I firmly believe that business, in general, has a crucial role to play in the transition to a more sustainable world. Operating responsibly and adapting and creating products and services that take better care of the environment and benefit all stakeholders in its ecosystem, from staff to customers, shareholders and investors, suppliers, other business relations and communities should drive the efforts.
