I love expanding and accelerating business impact by innovating product outcomes using novel science and technology. I have been really fortunate in this space to have had a string of successes in inventing and delivering new products that enable new business outcomes. I am excited at Benson Hill that my team is inventing and launching breakthrough products that are beginning the transformation and potentially re-commoditize soy specifically for animal feed inputs and biofuel outcomes. A needed and more sustainable innovation for a growing population. I love elevating performance of diverse teams, working across domain boundaries and bringing out the best in all by co-creating the future. Inclusion runs deep with me – I have a son with special needs – so I always focus on developing a supportive, collaborative and uniquely high performance environment where people can be themselves and leverage their strengths.
